If this is your first visit to Luxe` Esthetics Studio, Please arrive 10 to 15 mins early to go over intake questions, lifestyle, diet, and current products. If you are a repeat client, please arrive on time.

Yes, this is for "No Show" Protection. Your deposit will be credited to your appointment for that scheduled day. I DO NOT keep cards on file. This deposit is non-refundable.

The client may reschedule 48 hours prior through the appointment confirmation email link. Same-day cancellations will result in forfeiting of the deposit.

Yes. There is a 10-minute grace period before a late fee of $10 is charged to your checkout total. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and you will have to reschedule, and you forfeit your deposit.

This will always be at the discretion of the Business Owner.

Unfortunately no. I take great pride in getting to know you and your skin. During this process, I will take your skin through several treatments to prepare your skin for a chemical peel and to start you on a skin care regimen.

First-time clients should book a New Client Facial. This is a basic custom facial that allows me to get a chance to get to know your skin. During your Skin Analysis, you can upgrade your facial and add an enhancement such as Dermaplane or Diamond Microdermabrasion if time permits.

Unfortunately no. If you are a minor (under the age of 18), yes, your parent may accompany you to the facial/wax appointment. This time is for you, and I want you to enjoy every minute of your service.

Wear clothing that is comfortable. If you are getting the 90 Minute Facial, Microcurrent Treatment or Back Facial, please were clothing that is easily changeable. At this particular facial, you will receive a cover up, so I can include your neck, décolleté area and shoulders for light massage and treatment.

If you're in your early pregnancy trimester, please get written approval from your Doctor.

Many reasons may permit you from scheduling a facial until a later day which includes severe acne, currently on Accutane or Roaccutane, Fever, recent laser treatment, recent oral surgery, open wounds, cold sores around the mouth, recent neck, face and shoulder surgery, rash or recent Botox/Fillers in the last 7 days. If you’ve had microblading done or touchups, please schedule your facial 14 days after that service.
