WHAT TO EXPECT

Our 30 Minute EMS Body Sculpt can target several different areas including your abdomen, glutes, thighs, and arms. After you select your preferred treatment area, our trained staff will assist you in selecting an appropriate program and securing the paddles to your body. There is no downtown and it is not painful, however, you may feel a little sore in the days following your treatment, similar to an intense workout.
