Nope! Enjoy all the benefits without a long-term commitment – just a 3 month minimum and 30 days' notice to make changes. You can pause, cancel, upgrade or downgrade your membership anytime with 30 days' notice.

Need a break? You're welcome to pause your membership up to 3 months once per calendar year after the initial 3 month commitment.

To make a change to your membership, please email info@luxeestheticsstudio.com. Member credits are non-refundable.

Yes, you can choose one beneficiary to share access to your member credits and member perks. You can change your designated recipient up to once per calendar year.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Late cancellations/reschedules are subject to a 50% service fee, and cancellations/reschedules made at or after appointment time are subject to a 100% service charge or redemption of a massage credit if available.

Yes! You have one year to use each facial or massage credit from the date of withdrawal. Member credits are non-refundable.
